文旅融合吸引游客147万人次

　　位于宝鸡市正北方的千阳县，是中国西部最早传授孔子思想的县城，其版图犹如一只闭合翅膀的蝴蝶。在“十四五”期间，这只蝴蝶坚持绿色引领转型、项目推动跨越，加速壮大现代农业、绿色新材料、新能源“三个百亿”产业，聚力建设“一城三区四基地”，推动宝鸡千阳同城发展，成为“宝鸡后花园幸福新千阳”。

　　千阳县城北坡上的望鲁台是该县重要的人文景观之一，讲述着孔子的弟子燕伋学成返乡教化乡里的典故。

　　7月31日，宝鸡市人民政府新闻办公室举行“十四五”发展成就系列新闻发布会千阳专场。千阳县县长张湛林介绍，千阳不仅是燕伋故里，也是中国矮砧苹果之乡、中国白杨之乡、中国民间艺术刺绣之乡。“十四五”期间，该县地区生产总值年均增长5.08%，地方财政收入年均增长9.78%、支出年均增长2.1%，社会消费品零售总额年均增长7.26%，规模以上工业增加值年均增长4.88%，城乡居民人均可支配收入年均分别增长5.4%和8.7%。

　　张湛林说，该县2021年提出的打造“一城三区四基地”，是千阳县聚焦高质量发展、高品质生活、高效能治理主题，紧扣关天生态区、宝鸡后花园、幸福新千阳的目标定位，作出的系统谋划和部署。“一城”是指融入关中副中心一体化建设，打造关中高质量发展先行城市。“三区”是指打造国家生态文明建设示范区、全省乡村振兴示范区、区域品质生活示范区。“四基地”是指建设全国现代果业高质量发展基地、全国莎能奶山羊良种供应繁育基地、全省县域工业创新转型基地、全省乡村休闲旅游目的地。

　　“十四五”期间，该县构建起“小精全美县城、点状特色小镇、连片和美乡村”的新型城镇化发展体系，同时，积极推动“宝千一体”同城发展，改造提升交通路网，配合宝中铁路复线工程建设，在银昆高速千阳出口、南寨出口建设物流中心和产业园区，打造宝鸡重要物流节点城市，努力融入宝鸡市半小时经济圈。千阳还于今年新增西安至千阳旅游专列，吸引游客近万人/次。上半年全县接待游客147万人次，实现旅游综合收入6.6亿元。
