胖都来楼下“叶波大润发”超市名称惹争议，品牌负责人：开连锁店已多年
继“胖都来”撞名“胖东来”后，海宁市又出现了一家撞名“大润发”的超市。
5月7日，据网上流传的视频显示，在浙江海宁市“胖都来”商场楼下，有一家“叶波大润发”超市。该超市名字被质疑与知名零售品牌“大润发”相似，引发关注。
据红星新闻报道，“叶波大润发”超市负责人朱先生否认上述质疑，称超市是连锁加盟店，半年前开业，与“大润发”品牌无关。超市品牌负责人叶先生表示，多年前成功注册“叶波大润发”超市类别商标，并在各地持续开连锁超市已多年。报道称，“叶波大润发”这一商标于2007年被申请注册，2010年获准注册。
近年，“叶波大润发”与“大润发”纠纷不断。
天眼查APP显示，2023年，“大润发”品牌方康城投资(中国)曾以侵害商标权为由，将海宁市叶波大润发超市管理中心告上法庭。该案件由海宁市人民法院审理。

《中国品牌和防伪》杂志社官方公众号还曾发布了康城投资(中国)与叶波大润发超市的另一起纠纷。
据称，2023年，叶波大润发超市一家门店在其经营超市的悬挂招牌、广告牌和宣传栏处张贴的促销单、员工工装处使用“大润发”字样，原告康城投资(中国)诉至资阳市雁江区人民法院要求被告停止侵犯原告“大润发”注册商标专用权、停止在字号中使用“大润发”商标的不正当竞争行为并赔偿原告经济损失。
资阳市雁江区人民法院认为，被告使用的“大润发”字样，与原告享有的“大润发”注册商标相同、核定服务项目相同，容易引起相关公众混淆，应认定为侵犯原告“大润发”注册商标专用权。
